• ProjectFit (Design to Delivery)
  

  This Project Delivery Management System (project fit) holds all your project deliverables in one collaborative platform allowing your project team to control and monitor the entire project at all stages resulting in better managing of projects. International manufacturing and procurement is simplified between inter-company branches because your project managers can allocate packages to different branches, enhancing your companies ability for managing projects.
  
  Project Design Registers can be defined into equipment packages and tracked for WIP and budget reporting. The revision management system notifies coordinators via email to enable management of potential impacts throughout the project. Document and drawing management is streamlined through the Document Transmittal System. The Project BOM allows for Drawing Management Bill of Materials to be imported into the project/equipment delivery structure. Request for Quotation (RFQ) information flows from the Drawing Bill of Material system and can be sent for either technical or financial approval using workflow then allocated to different buying companies. Routing loops can be set for inte-company trade with email alerting. Quotations and procurement activities assigned to international branches can be monitored and approved by Head Office.
  
  The Purchase Contract Management system tracks Variation Orders, Liquidated Damages, Payment Milestones, Bond Allocation and associated contract documents. Complicated multi currency client contracts can be easily managed with functionality that allows Variation/Change Orders, Liquidated Damages, Payment Milestones, Bond Allocation, Retention and Insurance management. Complex invoicing can be easily handled with progress percentage complete, fixed price scheduling or a combination of both. The Project Stores Systems allows receipt of goods, to be labeled and stored in nominated locations ready for issue against project construction or equipment assembly.
  
  Outbound shipment information can be obtained from Purchase Orders, Drawing Bill of Materials or Free Issue Lists. Consignment documentation (packing list, Commercial invoices and bill of lading) is generated from the system.
